Laburnum

Today’s picture is of some of the flowers on our Laburnum tree; a relative of the Wisteria. It is difficult to photograph these as the tree is tall and the flowers do not appear on the lower branches.

It has been dull and windy all day, but as I have been working indoors, marking more scripts, it did not matter too much; it looks as though it will rain very soon.

They have started work on the garden today and by the end of the week it should be back to its former glory with all the levels and gradients exactly the same; if it looks anything like it did I will be very happy.
