.......the pigeon said to the magpie, as he was interrupted while having his evening snack, and the two thieves danced around him, waiting their turn!

I was out for most of the day - in town this morning, home for a quick lunch, then  off to a Fete meeting at the Manor (our village fete is next Saturday) and  round the corner for bookclub! The rain began as we chatted over afternoon tea, and now the wind is up! 
June?? It feels more like October, and the heating is on!
