Staying Indoors

Well the weather forecast was right. Wind, rain, wind.
Had to batten down the hatches when I got home from work to keep the house wind and water tight! Lit the fire, turned the Aga up, 1st of June.
Spent a couple of hours sorting out my car insurance renewal. A job I hate! Finally stayed with the same company, but only after I'd checked around for other quotes, rang them twice, and they then gave me a reduced price as 'they didn't want to lose me' Grr.
