Rook

Bit of an emergency blip today - another Rook. See said Rook in flight in extra photo.  Nearly forgot altogether:-)  Spent all day in garden getting it into shape for the new Lady Gardener who starts on Friday. Don't want to scare her off before she really gets started. She looked strong enough when I saw her in Alec's garden and hired her, but then my rather wild garden needs a strong person. Took three sacks of nettle roots to Garden Waste - a gentleman asked me if I needed help unloading them, but by that time I'd already unloaded them. Still, we had a nice chat about my funkie car which always pleases me, so I forgave him for not being quick on the draw re my nettle roots. I might become a couch potato tonight!
