Peregrine

The female peregrine taking off shows real sexual dimorphism in size,  measuring about 30% larger than the male. One day I hope to get both in one shot to illustrate the point.


The bad news back on my patch is that one of the chicks fell off the nest on Saturday and died. As you can see in extras the other 2 chicks are coming out of their downy stage. I do hope these 2 make it, I'm sure they will.
