Matisse

I know this is Picasso but it formed part of the fabulous Matisse exhibition at the Stedleijk today, where his work was matched to his contemporaries from the early days to the mid 50's. Parrot and the Mermaid a particular favourite. Outstanding gallery, and have seen much more of the city today including canals, trams, bikes and the red light district. All the cliches. Now very full of cheese fondue, which I'd never had before.
