Rowing and coaching

Should have added some text here earlier but too busy to answer emails - involved in the preparation for the international Chinese language teaching/research conference in Oxford in July as coordinator. Loads of emails from SE Asia and Europe to answer. 

Unfortunately none of the five of us - committee members is working in Oxford and we are all full-time staff at different universities. So we work asynchronously to get things done. But mentally we are in the same rowing boat to set the same pace. The two veteran members give us three new ones some coaching. ;-)
