Day at a Time

So long Inverness

A great three days of work but nonstop and full on. Had a lovely relaxing time last night in Fortrose but no time this morning for a walk to the harbour. Next time I hope. Lots of lovely colleagues and students again today and now I'm on the train for the three hour journey home. I'm sorry to leave but looking forward to seeing the garden. No humans at home to greet me today and even the dog's away for the night. The sun is splitting the sky and it feels almost like summer.

Here is another River Ness scape, this time with the castle. You can't really see it but the saltire is flying at half mast. I wonder if this is in honour of Charles Kennedy who was very well liked here.
