Team Building in Large

Our eight project is taking shape and today we had the first rowing session on our own (after the trainer session on 30th May). My role today was to get people organised in their roles and then to be the cox. I only took 1 shot with my iPhone. It is the moment I took my cox seat and the colleagues are still getting ready.

We had a lot of fun in this session and realised how much faster an eight is than the shorter boats we usually row. On the other hand side we are used to skull and the handling of oars is still new for us. So we have to work on the balance. But everyone is optimistic that we will get there.
