A break in the pattern

I'm leaving Thursday for a four-day vipassana meditation retreat at Great Vow Zen Monastery with Arinna Weisman, the same teacher who led the retreat I attended last November. I'll be completely unplugged and in silence for the four days. I'll take the camera for possible use during walking meditation, so I may have some back blips. Or not. The thing about Buddhism is that you just never know what will happen. Actually, that's the thing about life.
