Up Before the Sunrise

The day started off at -3C, and it has turned into another beautiful sunny day, with hardly a ripple on the lake.  It is still quite cold though.

These rowers were keen, heading out at 7.30 a.m. before the sun came up.  I did notice that they were all wrapped up so were nice and warm.  What a wonderful way to start the day for them and for me.
