Iris with critter

Today we were invited to two celebrations, and instead of attending either one, we are staying home to repair a refrigerator, a car, mow the lawns, clean the garage, and sundry other things that never get done because we are NEVER home!!!

Our best wishes to the bride and groom on Mackinac Island....wish it hadn't been the type of event that takes three days for us to be with you, but we are sending lots of love your way....Tim will be taking lots of photos, I know!!

The other event I would have difficulty celebrating, since it involves a former "co-worker" who never started working as far as I'm concerned!
She learned very early in her career how to get out of doing everything a mail carrier should do....but I wish her a happy retirement.

Now back to work!!!
