Galicia Vegetable and Tuna Pie

Managed to get back a little early from work today, so had chance to cook for tea. I'd been to the library and picked up a couple of baking books and fancied this reciepe. Turned out pretty good although missed out the olives, which I think might have helped with the result. Had a good chat with an important contact around my interest in Artisan Baking. It's funny how things just come together at just the right time.
