Caption competition

We spent a lovely afternoon at Droxford Country Fair. I'm not sure what was happening here but seems like there were some techinical difficulties with the little steam train. Either way my daughter Lucy said she thought the photo would make a good caption competition .... I'd like to know what the boy is thinking
