Mini Olympics

Instead of their usual sports day in house teams, Ellie's class staged a mini olympics, with groups being assigned countries instead - Ellie was in the USA team. After brilliant efforts in hockey, hurdles, baton relay, hula hoop (?) tennis, long jump, shot put, javelin and football, the scores were added up and the USA got bronze - hurrah! The team members were even presented with medals and it wasn't rained off - bonus!
