Skoda Felicia Roadster

Today old cars did drive around Puruvesi lake. So I went to Savonlinna market place to take few shots of those old cars. There was few my friend driving their hobby car. This brigth yellow Skoda I did pick up in the middle of 180 cars.

This yellow beauty is Skoda Felicia Roadster (OH-52) from year 1961. It has a 1221cc motor with a 55 hp.

There is a little story to this car. In year 1968 Timo did buy a yellow Skoda Felicia and picked up his just born son from hospital in 1970. After year family changed Skoda to another car that is suitable on family. Later on Timo finded an another Skoda Felicia from Vuolijoki and dismadled it to parts. Timo has re-build and fixed this car for a 5 years. Museum inspection has been done to this car in  October 2001.


Another car is the Green beauty in my daily extra photos. It is a Mercury Grand Marquis owned by Niko Huotarinen. It is build in 1977 and with 200 hp V8 engine. It won't leave anyone cold during winter times :)
