Myrtifolia

A South African myrtifolia I think. Its entirety as a shrub offers a purple haze-like appearance in soft morning sun and winter dew. Winter has brought rain it needs to flourish. 

The extra photo shows it in later afternoon sun with behind it an unknown shrub I think is not recovering well from summer's scorching heat and the golden elm further behind both glowing like golden fire.
