I dusted off my bike and went for a spin around Flotterstone reservoir. Fresh air, birds singing and a head wind to battle against all the way out. It made peddling back seem really easy. A nice hour with great scenery. I think Bradley Wiggins hour might be a bit less comfortable, with less to look at but hopefully much, much faster!
