Brussel Sprouts

Last day of may and we harvested two of our four Brussel Sprouts plants from the garden.  We have a quite a bit.  Completely organic, no chemicals of any kind.  We were worried as the weather had gotten warm from January through March.  April and May were unusually cool, and that was perfect for our sprouts to sprout!
