Fire damage

This is the side of Makapu'u and shows the trails which are being repaired.  This is where the "Greet the First Sunrise of the New Year" takes place at the top, at the endpoint of the upper trail.  This also shows the damage from the fire on June 3, which cut a pretty big swath across the hillside.   Walked about halfway up today.  The burnt smell was still pretty strong.
