Niki

Born and raised in the DC area, Niki was working at Le Pain Quotidien, where a friend and I had stopped for lunch. Her bright red hair caught my eye first. But she also had sparkly eyes and an engaging smile as she hustled between tables. 

I approached her as she was preparing someone's check and, when she agreed, somewhat surprised, quickly took a few shots. She was a very good sport about it :)
