If only I could capture lightning

The sky this morning was much like yesterday so out came the phone on the way to work.
The first part of the day was fine - warm and breezy. Alas the rain has now set in and we're having a cracking thunderstorm. Alas it is sheet lightning and so doesn't make for decent photos.
Red sky was indeed a warning!
