Basic Life Support

Had to traipse all the way over to West Heath this morning for my Basic Life Support (CPR & AED) training. It still bamboozles me as to why we have to do this yearly as it never changes, but it was a fun(ish) jaunt out of the office. Plus, I did get the chance to catch a load of rays whilst waiting a billion years for my bus back to the office...
