"The love of angels"

This statue by Giulio Bergonzoli is at the bottom of the grand staircase in "Luton Hoo", a country house in Berkshire, UK.

During it's renovation in 1903 this staircase and sculpture was added. There has been a house on this site since the mid 1400's.

Now Luton Hoo is a luxury hotel, conference facility and golf club.
