Wrong

I picked the wrong week for my holiday. Last week was a week of rain and cold, and this week has been sunshine and a bit of warmth.

The snapseed HDR filter at work here. Not keen on the way it seems to pinch the flagpole, and there's a bit of grain (maybe a lot on full screen), but I like the overall effect. I liked the black and white version too, but colour was right for today since we have sun.

The flag still flies at half mast over the Castle, after the death of Charles Kennedy last week. It may well stay like that until the funeral on Friday.

And in other news, I saw Ronnie Brown of the Corries in town today. A living Scottish legend.
