New building of Emma's school

Moisture and mold damage are common in Finnish school buildings. Common causes of moisture problems are faults in design, construction and lack of maintenance. In Finland mold problems develop in ~20 % of buildings

Moisture damage of buildings are associated with health effects. So many teachers and students in Emma’s school have become sick and some of them weren’t able to be inside the building at all. Now the new temporary school buildings are mounted around the old school building, which was built in 70’s.

I don’t know what they’ll do with the old building. In my opinion, it should be exploded.Took the picture in the morning when bicycled to the office. On the way back home strong headwind made my trip much harder.

+15°C, sunny
