Last minuter!

A rose out the garden! This rose bush is in danger of being overtaken by a passion fruit, a blackberry and an ornamental quince. As mentioned before I am no gardener and am looking forward to learning when we have a) moved and b) have retired in a few years.

This is a last minute blip as I've not had time today, the FENSA certificate saga is finally over, nearing exchange of contracts I hope!
