Mixed Grain

I didn't realise how addictive bread-making would become when I started, about 18 months ago. Now I really look forward to getting to the end of each loaf and thinking about what I'm going to make next.
This is a Mixed Grain Loaf, using a packet of bread mix - 90 mins from start to finish.
