Early Bird

Real early start this morning, way before the traffic on the freeway starts to turn it into one big parkinglot during rush hour :-)

There was a nice sun casting a shadow of the bridge I was cycling on, over this also early Shell tanker.

As it's my aim in this 'New Delft blue' journal to promote Holland in every aspect I can come up with, you might think...
What's so Dutch about this entry?

Well, Shell is originally a Dutch company founded in 1907 and still has its headquarters in The Hague!

Here's some wiki:

Royal Dutch Shell, commonly known as Shell, is an Anglo-Dutch multinational oil and gas company headquartered in the Netherlands and incorporated in the United Kingdom.

Created by the merger of Royal Dutch Petroleum and UK-based Shell Transport & Trading, it is the fourth largest company in the world as of 2014, in terms of revenue, and one of the six oil and gas 'Supermajors'.
