Home alone!
I should be studying…but I have promised Mills a lap in front on the TV!  Chris has left for Wales tonight, he will be back home Friday.  Tomorrow night I am off out with the girls from work – I hope to get a nice few photos.
Had a great run tonight – five miles and we averaged 10:13min miles!  I’m happy with that.
Bit of a grainy blip....I need some motivation!
