green eyes

This little cat has been hanging around our house occasionally for at least a year, but lately she is here every day, hungry; she's lost her collar; and she has a sore eye. I'm not quite sure what to do about her. It's only a few weeks since I took a stray ginger the the vet to get his microchip checked and his owner found. I am in danger of becoming the neighbourhood Cat Lady.
