Once upon a time, not so long ago

There was a little boy and he visited a playpark.

This is the play park very close to where one of my Grans lived. The large slide that I insist was 50 feet high, but probably wasn't, is long gone; elfin safety I expect. However the old roundabout it still there, and brings back nice childhood memories.

The extra picture is a collage of "Anne's Pantry" a tiny shop at the end of Sheepburn Road. I went there as a toddler for a treat, usually a caramac bar. It is still there and very little looks to have changed in or out. The new owner has 'only' been there for 29 years so didn't remember me!
