Week #2

I made it home by bus and car from Boston after my second of two treatments this week. 5 hours of hospital followed by 5 hours of travel is not recommended. It was a very long day and I missed getting this shot at that golden hour around sunset, but the lupine, poppies and peonies made it all worth the trip. I doubt I will get to see these poppies in bloom, as I have to leave early on Sunday. It's okay though. They will bloom with or without me. For that, I am grateful.
