Comfort Food

Another day of still not feeling that crash hot, had planned to head into town to do a few bits and pieces but in the end, gave it a miss. It has been rather grey, and quite a bit of wind blowing and still can't seem to budge this cough.

Anyway decided to make a yummy lamb shank casserole with celery and lots of herbs from the garden along with a good dollop of red wine and garlic. Ian is due home tonight after a few days at the Fieldays so think he will appreciate it too.
