Grubby Fingers

I don't think she's technically a grub anymore and I think she is a she not a he as there don't seem to be horns, unless they are on their way.

I sifted through the dirt in their tank today as I suspected they'd entered the next stage before becoming proper rhino beetles and me and the girl wanted to see.  The missus was less impressed.

My fingers are grubby from changing inner tubes.  She ran over a nail and then continued round the block.

Note to self, buy a kids bike with quick release wheels when she gets too small for this one.
