Jiaozi dinner

No, it's not the Chinese New Year time but we were still making jiaozi dumplings for a get-together dinner - between three men. I went to a friend whom I recently got to know. Usually this is a collective work and female always plays an important role in the team work but we managed it very well. His wife just received a negative result that she failed in the application for a visa to NI to unite with my friend.

We had to cook without a female coordinator and we even tried our new way of eating it - serving jiaozi in soup - mixed with vinegar, light soya sauce, coriander and diced garlic. It was fantastic and even better than the traditional way - dipping each jiaozi into the sauce pan. Worth recommending, definitely.  

So my friend decided to go back to China for July and August for a family reunion.
