Mothers-in-law

Now friends, too! I finally got to meet daughter # 1's mother-in-law after many years of wishing we could meet because of how much we all love her son. Now I know for certain why he is so nice. We spent a lovely day getting to know each other, seeing her absolutely fantastic quilts, talking, sightseeing and eating a luscious lunch together. Here, daughter #1 and her mom-in-law are standing in front of a beautifully painted flood wall which protects downtown Paducah, Kentucky from the Tennessee and Ohio rivers. It was such a nice day, spent with such a nice person. I am so glad I had this chance to meet her.
