Life and me

Picasso

Today we met up with another old friend and set off on a day trip to London on the train.
I must say that train rides are a very good way of catching up with old friends, especially with a picnic and pleasant passing scenery, and a mission at the end of it.
We landed at Waterloo and walked along the embankment, the three of us busily photographing the London Eye, Westminster Palace and other landmarks. We found our way along to the Tate Britain to see the Picasso exhibition, the point of our little excursion.
It was amazing of course, words cant do it justice. The unexpected Henry Moore exhibits were the icing on the cake.
A wine soaked pub meal followed and so we snoozed our way back to Exeter once we found the right train.
A great day altogether.
