By request - here is the medlar jelly

Bob has done two batches of this and here's the result.

Bob cooking dinner tonight - roast duck from the Kanimbla Valley - bought at the growers market this morning, cooked with a campari, marmalade and star anise reduction.  Potatoes from the garden - cooked in the duck's fat - I know that sounds terrible, but they are delicious!  

Served with the medlar jelly.  Mmmmm!
