The Big Cruise Day 20: Real Adventure in sight

It had been a great day. The night before we had dined at the Jack Mytton Inn by the canal at Hindford (highly recommended). Then cruised in good weather, through the last two locks on this canal, across the massive aqeduct at Chirk and through its tunnel. Difficult to choose today's blip.

We then moored for the night about half a mile before reaching our major challenge for the following day - the mighty Pontycysyllte Aqueduct - seen here from our mooring.

The weather forecast for tomorrow isn't good ... in fact it's terrible ...
