Iceland Poppy

A blip from my back garden today.  I have two small clumps of Icelandic poppies blowing gracefully in the wind .... this close up is of one of the blooms I managed to hold still while the others bent this way and that.
My larger, showy poppies are still only in bud .. I do wish they would hurry up and flower .... it would be just like the thing for them to flower while I'm away on holiday.
