Portugal's capital is a city of contradictions, with amazing street art while some buildings are close to collapse. Many places are being rebuilt, the Metro system is amazing [and so clean and so cheap], the food is dirt cheap. But if I lived here I'd never make 50 - the custard tarts would have stopped my coronaries long before then...
