Really, the GPS says we're where?

Have you ever written a lovely, I mean absolutely, detailed and intricately beautiful, worthy of praise and winning, an Emmy, an Oscar, a Tony, an Obie and hell, any and every other award known to man.

Up to and possibly - possibly hell - not just being awarded a Pulitzer prize but a Nobel prize as well Blip, only to have it disappear into the ethers of nothingness when you press the "publish" button?

If so, then "Welcome to my world"

So this being "mono-Monday, and the theme being "angle" hosted admirably by JDO I should note; here then - sans my beautifully written, pithy commentary - is my contribution.

Just imagine what you're missing, I am

Yesterday, after exiting "Trader Joes" and heading in the wrong direction home (don't ask) She spotted the above and so we stopped the Volvo, stared at it, got out of the car, photographed it, found a grassy knoll like spot, threw the blanket on the ground, plopped on same and drank a couple bottles of the "two buck Chuck" we bought (by the way, it's now like two bucks and a half) sliced the bread we purchased (which was worth the trip in and of itself, I must say) with the brie and blue cheese cheeses, assorted garlics and olives, plus the sliced pepperoni, salami and hams, gorging ourselves silly - literally - before calling daughter number two, seeking directions home!

Man, what I wrote earlier was really good, it was a terrific treatise on something significantly relevant and important and now it's gone! Leaving you with nothing more than an ignominious recount of an impromptu pic-nic in the woods shared by two sad old geezers lost on their way home from the market!

Pathetic really, but "lesson learned"
