Mother and Child

Could not believe my luck this morning looking out of my kitchen window
A female woodpecker was on the bird feeder at the peanuts  so went for the camera and was lucky enough to takke a few shots and it flew away but appeared again very quickly    When it flew again I followed it with the camera and there on a branch was an infant    She was feeding her young so I conscentrated on the infant and shot away not perfect but to see two woodpeckers together is something that will stay in my memory for a long long time
