Dubious advertising

Now there are plans to restrict the advertising of alcohol.
"Would you drink less alcohol, if this advertisement is forbidden?"
Well, I (like most of us) would drink more alcohol, if it is allowed (now it in Finland forbidden to use sex in alcohol advertisements).
Of course everybody answers: "Advertising does not affect to my drinking habits". So what is the use of forbidding this advertisement. Or, why to advertise alcohol at all.
Is only rises the price of it.
