Daylily

The daylilies are just getting going. They literally do only last for a day, but there are new buds all the time. Useless as a cut flower though.

The day has turned out pretty well and I think maybe, just maybe, we may be settling into some dry weather. I think I heard a bobwhite this evening. They almost seem to have disappeared round here, so I hope there are some around.
