Hi how are you?

Today we visited Dassia on a recommendation from the lovely woman in the shop down the hill...
So off we went.. After missing our stop and a small walk back we headed down a beautiful tree lined lane with the sun shimmering on the very blue sea at the end. .. That was all that was pretty! Not our cup of tea at all!! Rows and rows of sunbeds three deep with about 12 inches between. We carried on walking with a feeling of disappointment until we spied a very small shingle beach with a handful of people and luxury villas behind the beach. .. Our shade was the large trees at the end of their gardens. .
As we moved our beach mats a very frail older American guy from Atlanta Georgia introduced himself from over his gate. He was soon joined by his wife who was also very friendly and told us they had hired the villa for 7 days and today was their last day. . They highly recommended the villa but I don't think Dassia would be a place to stay. Well not for Stephen and myself that's for sure!
