Overkill

I came home to this in our street. There is a water leak outside my neighbours house and it has been there for years. This is third time they have dug up the road/footpath. Its a shame as the footpaths were only re tar-maced last month. For such a quiet little road, the 3 way lights were a bit of an overkill!
