I'm sure I had hair in this style in the 1980's! Although I didn't have the mitre... Mind you I do remember wearing a range of different hats- I was very partial to my beret ( and even wore it to a teacher training interview....( amazingly they accepted me- I thought I looked quirky....not so sure now.....)

This was taken outside the church in Marlborough. There are two of them on the arch to the side door- quite small, about 15cm.
