Just run

We have a new fitness plan. Travel 5km every day under your own steam, so either walk, run, swim or a combination. We think if you're on a bike you need to go 15km as an equivalence. The rules are simple; no carrying forward excess or underage and no excuses!

We've been mostly running (plodding), but not exclusively. This is day 20 and while it's not horrendous, it is relentless! I'm hoping to see a difference in shape and fitness.

So I decided I needed new trainers. These are the updated model of my existing ones and I love the colours. JT is horrified I'm clashing with myself :-)
